I’ve gone viral on You Tube!!!

So what’s new?

Well, the Ultralife advertisements I made last year have gone viral. You can check them out on Youtube and on the Ultralife website. Just click on the product you would like to see reviewed and yours truely will tell you all about it! I’ve had another good week of training. Infact i have run over 30miles in 6 days, which is nearly what i used to run when i was marathon training. Mind you, it would have been closer to 40miles if I hadn’t listened to my friend Chris on Friday night. My training program said ’90mins Zone 2′. We set off in twilight hoping to join the Chippenham half Marathon route from my parents house. Of course it was soon dark and we were running around country lanes by moonlight! I navigate by land marks and I couldn’t see any! At about 6 miles I turned right. Chris said ‘ I think we should stop and think about this. I think it’s left’ He was correct. ‘Right’ would have taken us 10 miles in the wrong direction! In the end we ran the best part of 12 miles in the pitch black. Well done Chris-he has never ran more than 10miles before!

I’m feeling good in myself this week and I put this down to quality sleep. I am in bed by 9.15pm and asleep by 9.16pm! I haven’t even been tempted to have a pre-training nap after work. I slept the clock around last Sun and again yesterday. It really is the key to maintaining my energy levels and is perhaps something too many age-groupers neglect. I’m obviously very fortunate that I am able to catch zzzzz’s whenever I want to. I dont know how you guys out there with young children cope???!!!

So, fingers crossed everything is going in the right direction. I am relaxed and happy and enjoying everything I am doing. It’s a nice place to be!
